Dierk Rathjen, married with three children, works in interest rate derivatives trading at a northern German bank after training as a bank clerk in conjunction with a degree in business administration (BA).

In the evening and weekend studies, he graduated with a degree in business administration (FH). Before joining Technosis AG, Mr. Rathjen was Assistant Treasurer at vaw aluminium AG and Treasurer at Olympus Europa GmbH.

For the latter, he managed the area of Europe-wide foreign exchange and liquidity management on his own responsibility.

Mr. Rathjen has been with Technosis AG since 2007.
